that was cool, the random clarification about troy. I recently read the iliad and oddessy. i got the feeling the iliad was like some sort of proto bible, yet there were so many nuggets of info there. In the story, achilles was a bit vain and perhaps emotional, he was also the grandson of poseidon and lived in his mother’s/father’s kingdom as a typical royal warrior (as opposed to even visiting poseidon’s city – his mother would go on his behalf). oh, and minerva supposedly gave him victory. i can see now that even more of it was crap than i knew before. more like a proto bible.
the stuff about the sound tones and the like embedded into paintings, i’ll have to re-listen. quite technical. i wish we had more people on here, might find someone who really knew what he was talking about and could share. i hope i can find such a sound recording.
